Frederico DeVoe the principal founder worked for 21 years in the local Pay n Pak home improvement center in Kennewick. He built a reputation for satisfying even the most difficult customers while feeling a great satisfaction in seeing them walking away content. During those years he also learned Spanish while working as a volunteer which unbeknownst to him would be of benefit in the future. In 2001 the company that he was working for unexpectedly closed and he spent the next few years honing his abilities as an interpreter and took the exam to become a court certified interpreter. Shortly thereafter he became a medical and Social service interpreter. In 2003 he came up with the name Well Spoken Interpreting. The company’s first invoice was $300.00 and over the years the company has grown to gross more than 1.5 million dollars per year. Yes, good service and satisfying our customers go a long way. To date we supply the needs of clients and providers in clinics, hospitals, conferences, courts and etc. We look forward to serving you.

Marina DeVoe is a native of Colombia, moved to tri-cities in 1993. Attended Columbia Basin College andWashington State University earning a bachelor’s of Business while she worked at Energy Northwest. Shegraduated from Washington State University with a Master’s of Business Administration. Marina startedworking for Well Spoken Interpreting as a medical interpreter in 2007 and continues working as amedical interpreter and administrator of the company in our efforts to provide quality service. Herenergy and enthusiasm adds a great element.

Desiree’s get it done attitude is essential in managing time sensitive projects , accounts payable andreceiving, she is also a certified medical interpreter and document translator. She has a bachelor's degree.

Daniel has a charismatic personality that makes our customers glad that they called. His background insocial media and sales helps us to maintain a competitive edge.

Jason is relentless in his tasks whether it be follow up work or persuing important data. His 10+ years inbanking and customer service are a great value to our company and clients.

Virgilia has been with Wellspoken interpreting since its inception and is familiar with all aspects of scheduling and customer service. She maintains an excellent rapport with clinics and end users.
