📋 Year-End Readiness – Compliance & Documentation

Before 2026 begins, please ensure:

• ✅ Background checks, TB test, and flu shot records are current on your profile in the WSI scheduling website
• ✅ CEU credits—including required annual ethics credits—are logged on the DSHS website, which ensures your certificate is renewed
• ✅ Billing for November appointments is submitted promptly

A quick compliance check now prevents delays in assignments next year.

🗂️ Keep Your Profile Up to Date

To ensure you have access to the maximum number of available appointments, it’s essential that your interpreter profile is accurate and current.

• Update your contact information (phone, email)
• Confirm your language certifications have the correct expiration date listed on your profile in the WSI scheduling website
• Review your availability settings to match your current schedule
• Please let the office know if you upload an annually required document (Background check, TB test, or flu shot) so we can verify and update your records promptly
